What exactly is a "Guest List"? When attending a nightclub or special event, the person(s) who invited you to the event are rarely at the entrance waiting for your arrival. Events usually assign one or two people who are at the entrance all night with the "Guest List". This guest list is an organized list of names that give the staff instructions about how to treat a particular guest or party.
Some guests are "VIP" and do not wait in line. Some guests have "Table Reservations" and are allowed special access. Some guests are "Comped" and enter without paying a cover charge even after the guest list closes.
So a guest list allows a promoter to leave instructions for how particular guests are to be treated when they arrive so that they can remain inside of the venue attending to their guests who have already made it inside.
How do i get paid from my guest list? Event prmoters are paid based on 4 elements:
1) Quantity of customers and guests who attend the event. 2) Quality of customers and guests who attend the event. 3) Revenue generated from customers who attend the event. 4) Number of bottles sold from table reservations.
Bottle Service Compensation: Event Promoters are compensated for any party that purchases 2 or more bottles at the venue. Event Promoters are paid 10-15% of the bar revenue generated by such parties. To make a reservation for bottle service please call: (310) 579-2573.

The terms of this agreement are outlined below. This agreement is a legal and binding agreement between all above mentioned parties, and will remain in full effect until all terms and conditions have been fully completed. This agreement expresses all of the promises made between the parties either written or oral. This agreement cannot be modified and/or terminated without the consent of both parties in writing.
NOTE: The letters “EP” will be used as an abbreviation for “Event Promoter.”
*iPROMOTECLUBS.com will provide EP with promotional material for the event including but not limited to flyers, email invitations and MySpace codes that can be used to generate a demand for a guest list.
*EP is allowed no less than 5 VIP (complementary) admissions to any event promoted by EP for guests of his or her selection. VIP guests must comply with all rules regarding age and dress code if applicable.
*IPROMOTECLUBS.com will provide the location, venue, security, DJ, and drinks as advertised on any promotional material used for the event.
* EP must arrive at or before 9:30 the night of any given event for orientation. Orientation includes: Promotion overview. Guest list review. Introduction to staff and security. Question and answer for EP.
*EP will be compensated based on 4 main components: 1) Quantity of customers and guests who attend the event. 2) Quality of customers and guests who attend the event. 3) Revenue generated from customers who attend the event. 4) Number of bottles sold to guests on EP’s guest list.
*EP MUST submit their final guest list NO LATER THAN 8PM the night of any given event using “THE GUEST LIST WIZARD” on the iPROMOTECLUBS.com website. Please visit our website for detailed instructions.
